Statue in the Wiemar Chamber of the famous German intelectual Johann Wolfgang van Goethe (he was a poet, novelist, dramatist, painter, scientist, humanist, theorist and for a decade was Chief Minister of State for the duchy of Weimar) who accompanied the Prince of Wiemar when he visited the mines in 1790.
